Sarah Sager joined the WHSV-TV 3 News Team in May 2009. She graduated from Elon Univeristy in North Carolina with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Business Administration.

Sarah was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia.The summer of 2008 and January of 2009, Sarah interned at WSAZ-TV in Huntington, West Virginia. Her internship truly furthered her passion for news.

She worked all through college for the award winning student newscast Phoneix14 News, and served as the show's Senior Correspondent. She covered stories such as Bill Clinton and Sarah Palin coming to campus, as well as reporting live from the field for 5 hours straight during the 2008 election night.

What Sarah loves most about reporting is telling the stories of people in the community, so send her emails! She also loves animals, especially her dogs, singing, reading and spending time with her friends and family.
