Mallory Brooke joined WHSV News 3 in May 2008. Originally from East Brunswick, New Jersey, Mallory graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Meteorology.
Becoming a meteorologist had been a lifelong dream, stemming back to the pre-school age where her mom claims Sesame Street was never on TV, but always The Weather Channel. Fascinated by winter weather, it was the Blizzard of 1996 that turned her interest in weather into a career path.
While attending Penn State, Mallory was an active member of Campus Weather Service, a student run organization that produced weather forecasts for the college newspaper, local radio stations, and local TV station. She had the opportunity to intern at WCBS-TV in New York City as well as NBC-40 in Atlantic City during summer breaks.
In her spare time, Mallory enjoys running, hiking, and being in the great outdoors. During the winter, you'll probably catch her on the ski slopes.
