Randolph-Macon Woman's College is a thing of the past. The school officially became Randolph College over the weekend.
The name change is just the latest in a string of changes the college's board of trustees has enacted to get ready for the school to begin accepting male students after 115 years as an all-female institution.
As of late last week, the school was set to admit 214 new undergraduate students this fall, including 67 men.
The school also will have a man at the helm when John Klein takes over as the college's ninth president next month.
College employees still are in the process of changing over all the signs and other insignia to the new school name.
