Police Investigating Apparent Deadly Fall from VA Highway Overpass
HAMPTON, Va. (AP) State police say a Hampton man whose body was found on an interstate shoulder apparently fell from a highway overpass.

State police say a Hampton man whose body was found on an interstate shoulder apparently fell from a highway overpass.
The victim has been identified as 40-year-old Manuel A. Rubio. A motorist found Rubio's body on the shoulder of eastbound Interstate 64 near the Cunningham Drive overpass Thursday morning.
State police spokeswoman Deborah Cox says preliminary evidence indicates that Rubio fell from the overpass.
The investigation is continuing.
