RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- Gov.-elect Terry McAuliffe is set to announce two more Cabinet appointments.

The Democrat has scheduled a news conference Thursday to name his choices for secretary of natural resources and secretary of agriculture and forestry. The announcement comes a day after McAuliffe reappointed Bill Hazel as secretary of health and human resources, and it leaves the incoming governor with three more Cabinet positions to fill before his Jan. 11 inauguration.

McAuliffe pledged during the campaign to assemble a bipartisan team. Hazel and Secretary of Finance Ric Brown are holdovers from Republican Gov. Bob McDonnell's administration. His other Cabinet appointees have strong Democratic backgrounds.
