On a scale of one to ten, Hurricane Katrina being a ten, Long Beach, Mississippi Mayor Billy Skellie says Gustav was a three for his community.

Skellie was out assessing damage Monday night.

So far, a harbor that was rebuilt from Katrina has been damaged and a few homes and trees along the coast also got hit, but Skellie says he is so thankful that Gustav was not as devastating as three years ago.

Skellie won't know the extent of Gustav's damage until the end of next week.
