After a storm that knocked out power to about 180,000 customers, Virginia's largest electric utility reports that 233 customers remain in the dark.
Dominion Virginia Power reported Monday that 191 customers are in southeast Virginia, which took the brunt of last week's drenching, wind-driven storm. About two dozen remain without power in the Richmond area.
