The FBI says it took about 24 minutes for $7.4 million to be taken from an Ohio armored car company.

The details of last week's theft at Armored Transportation Systems are contained in criminal complaints filed against 22-year-old Roger Lee Dillon, his 24-year-old girlfriend Nicole Boyd and Dillon's 48-year-old mother Sharon Lee Gregory.

Dillon is charged with taking the money last Tuesday from the Liberty, Ohio, company. Boyd and Gregory have been charged with aiding and abetting.

An FBI affidavit says Dillon may have used another employee's security code to enter the building after first checking with an armored car crew to find out when they expected to return to the office.

Security information shows the employee's code was used to enter the building at 8:20 p.m., and then used to reset the alarms at 8:44 p.m.

The three Ohio residents were arrested Saturday at a trailer in Pipestem. They're being held in the Southern Regional Jail without bond pending a hearing Wednesday in U.S. Magistrate Court in Beckley.
