The judge handling WVU's lawsuit against Rich Rodriguez has one more key decision to make in the next two weeks.

In court Thursday, WVU attorney Jeff Wakefield asked Judge Robert Stone to issue an order about the upcoming depositions of both Rodriguez and Athletic Director Ed Pastilong.

The Associated Press has asked both sides for copies of the transcripts as they become available. But Wakefield says he fears the videotaped testimony might show up on YouTube.

He asked the judge to order that the depositions be conducted privately and that transcripts also be kept private.

Marv Robon, the coach's attorney, says that while he agrees the depositions should be conducted in private, he disagrees about sharing the transcripts.

Stone asked Robon to submit his position in writing and said he would rule at a later date.
