The U.S. Geological Survey says it recorded a pair of minor earthquakes in West Virginia.
The agency says both occurred near Gassaway in Braxton County Saturday. The first was a magnitude 2.4 about 5:15 a.m. The second was a 2.2 magnitude and occurred just before midnight.
No one reported damage or injuries.
