CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission is set to vote on tuition and fees for the coming academic year.

That's one of several items on the commission's agenda for Tuesday's meeting in Charleston.

The commission also will review or vote on several budget proposals for fiscal year 2014, and is expected to give West Virginia State University approval to proceed with a new student housing project.
