A Charleston attorney is continuing a tradition of offering a free divorce as a Valentine's Day gift to one unlucky-in-love couple.

It's the fifth year Charles "Rusty" Webb has held the contest.

Webb tells WOWK-TV that while Valentine's Day is mean for happy couples, there are many couples who can't afford a divorce lawyer.

The contest is only for those with uncontested divorces with minimal custody issues. While the divorce is free, the couple must pay court fees and expenses.
