HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) - Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) released a statement Tuesday morning on the fourth anniversary of the 2016 West Virginia flood.

The flood killed 23 people across the state. It was the worst flooding in West Virginia since 1985.
