Hurricane Fiona will lead to rip currents and high waves along parts of the East Coast

Hurricane Fiona will stay out in the Atlantic however it is expected to have an indirect impact for parts of the East Coast. This after bringing 1-2 feet of rain to parts of Puerto Rico. The island is dealing with widespread power outages to the entire island, as well as flooding and mudslides.
