Youngkin orders flags lowered

RICHMOND, Va. (WHSV) - Governor Glenn Youngkin has ordered that all state and national flags on state and local buildings and grounds in Virginia be lowered in memory and respect of Montford Point Marine Tommy Lee DeRamus, Sr.
The flags will be lowered at sunrise on Saturday, March 18, and stay at half-staff until sunset, according to the order.
