Julian joined the WHSV team in July of 2021. He grew up in the Front Royal area where he went to Warren County High School before graduating from Eastern Mennonite University in 2018 with a degree in Digital Media and a minor in Journalism. During his time at EMU, Julian wrote for the school newspaper The Weather Vane and was a four-year member of the baseball team where he had a .385 career batting average.

Before arriving at WHSV, Julian spent his first three years out of college as a videographer and editor for wedding videos at An Affair to Remember Video in Winchester as well as interning at Washington Digital Media in Washington D.C. during the summer of 2018.

A baseball fanatic, Julian played four seasons in the Rockingham County Baseball League where he rose to fame when a video clip from WHSV of him chowing down on a bucket of cheese balls in the dugout went viral. In his spare time, Julian enjoys watching baseball, reading, writing, and making people laugh.
