Bob joined WHSV in 1988 and has done news, weather and sports at the station. He began his TV career as a producer with KAET, the PBS affiliate in Phoenix. He studied broadcasting at Arizona State University. Before that he was in sales after graduating from William & Mary with a business degree. Bob grew up in northern Virginia.
Bob is married and they have two daughters — one in high school and one in college.
He enjoys time with family, walks, runs and soccer. He is a Washington Nationals fan.
