Noelle is a passionate storyteller with a mission to help better tell stories to leave people feeling more knowledgeable, safer and better represented than they were.

Noelle is a New York native that has always enjoyed media and arts. As a child she participated in ballet and music, dancing for schools such as “The Dance Theatre of Harlem” and singing on stages for recitals and talent shows. Now, Noelle finds herself in front of another crowd, this time behind a screen to help you tell the stories you need to hear.

Noelle began her journey into broadcast journalism as an on-camera talent for ESPN streaming services for Southeast Missouri State University. In fall 2019, Noelle was the multimedia editor for her university’s student ran newspaper. In spring 2020, Noelle received two internships, as a news intern with KFVS12 and with the City of Cape Girardeau. In Cape Girardeau is where she would land a job as a reporter and Anchor at KFVS12, and earn a bachelors degree from Southeast Missouri State University in 2021. After 2 years at KFVS12 she is now an MMJ at WOIO 19 News.

Noelle is excited to continue her journey at WOIO in Cleveland. Feel free to reach out to for story ideas.
