Scott Kessler

Scott Kessler grew up in the Valley, born in Waynesboro and raised in Greenville. He attended Riverheads High School, Blue Ridge Community College, and Old Dominion University (B.S.E.T). After graduating college, Scott began his broadcasting career in 1992 at WVPT (now Virginia Public Media). He joined WHSV in March 2011 and became Chief Engineer in January 2014.

Scott lives in Stuarts Draft with his wife and youngest daughter. He loves sports, the outdoors, reading and is active in his church.
