Wanted woman arrested in Page County after endangered missing persons alert
(UPDATE 11:50 p.m.): Jessica H. Good, 39, of Luray was arrested in Stanley on Friday night.
Investigators said Good was taken into custody after a traffic stop on Friday night. She was wanted after an endangered missing persons alert was issued Thursday afternoon for her and her two children.

UPDATE (1:55 p.m.):
According to the Page County Sheriff's Office, 39-year-old Jessica H. Good, of Luray, remains missing and wanted after an endangered missing persons alert was issued Thursday afternoon for her and her two children.
The children, 11-year-old Chloe Good and 4-year-old Reed Higgs, were safely located late Thursday night/early Friday morning, as was Jessica's vehicle, which was found in Stanley.
Deputies cannot confirm to WHSV where the children were found due to the status of the investigation.
The already outstanding warrants for Jessica's arrest – on multiple charges of obtaining money under false pretenses, as well as failure to appear – remain, but the sheriff's office said no additional charges in connection with her disappearance have been filed.
Investigation remains very much ongoing, and the Department of Social Services is working with the Page County Sheriff's Office on the situation.

UPDATE (3:30 a.m.):
Deputies in Page County tell WHSV that two children who were considered missing and endangered have been located safely after an alert was issued Thursday afternoon for them and their mother.
According to the Page County Sheriff's Office, deputies had been searching for 11-year-old Chloe Good and 4-year-old Reed Higgs since they went missing Thursday afternoon along with their mother, 39-year-old Jessica H. Good.
It is not clear where the two children were found. Deputies tell us Jessica Good is not in custody at this time, but would not provide any information beyond that.

UPDATE (10:00 p.m.):
Deputies in Page County said a woman who took off with two children remains missing; however, the vehicle she was reportedly driving was found.
According to the Page County Sheriff's Office, deputies are searching for 39-year-old Jessica H. Good, of Luray, and her children, 11-year-old Chloe Good and 4-year-old Reed Higgs.
An endangered missing persons alert was issued on Thursday afternoon.
Deputies say Jessica Good is wanted on a warrant from the Page County General District Court.
Online court records list a Jessica Higgs Good wanted for multiple charges of obtaining money under false pretenses, as well as failure to appear. Her court date, according to the records, was scheduled for Thursday, June 20.
In a separate case, she was given two years of probation for felony possession of a controlled substance after a May 2018 arrest.
The Shenandoah County Department of Social Services has also obtained a removal order to take Reed from her custody due to a ruling by the Page County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
Reed is believed to be in need of medical attention for a pre-diagnosed condition, and the sheriff's office says all three people are considered endangered.
According to deputies, Good's vehicle was found in Stanley but the three were not at the scene and investigators continue to look for them.

An initial press release sent out by the Page County Sheriff's Office listed this case as being under an Amber Alert. However, the sheriff issued a correction shortly afterward that it does not meet the threshold of an Amber Alert and is instead classified as endangered missing children.
