Arrest made in connection to Page County shooting

SHENANDOAH, Va (WHSV)-- The Page County Sheriff's Office arrested a man in connection with a shooting in the town of Shenandoah.

Travis Allen Grimsley, 26, is charged with aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, discharge of a firearm in an occupied dwelling, and reckless handing of a firearm.

Around 1:45 a.m. on March 29, deputies responded to a gunshot wound in the 1700 block of Comertown Road. Allen Comer, 61, was taken to UVa Medical Center for treatment.

According to the Sheriff's office, Comer and Grimsley both lived in the home where the shooting happened. At this time, Comer has not been released from the hospital.
