JMU on the radar to host ESPN's College GameDay

HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) — According to James Madison University assistant athletics director of communications Kevin Warner, JMU is on the radar to host ESPN's CollegeDay.

The game they are looking at is the Villanova game on October 14th. Warner would not say if JMU is on the short list, since they do not want to speculate how many schools ESPN is looking at.

Warner says just like last time when GameDay visited, it takes a perfect set of circumstance for College Gameday to come to an FCS school.

ESPN's College GameDay visited JMU back in 2015, when the Dukes took on the Richmond Spiders for their homecoming game.
