Multiple crashes in Oklahoma due to a snowstorm

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. (KOCO) Multiple crashes have been reported in Oklahoma due to a snowstorm.

At least three people were killed in winter weather-related crashes on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning across Oklahoma.

The first round of wintry mix moved across much of the state Wednesday evening, causing slick road conditions and multiple crashes. A winter storm warning remains in effect for areas including central and southern Oklahoma until Friday morning.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, troopers have responded to three deadly crashes related to the winter weather.
