HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) -- According to a report by CNN Money, Super Bowl Sunday is the busiest day of the year for pizza sales, with Domino's reporting an increase of 80 percent.

The workers at Domino's in Harrisonburg filled between 70 to 80 orders an hour on Super Bowl Sunday, with multiple pizzas in each order.
Domino's manager John Gandy says it's all hands on deck.
Most of the orders were placed between 5 and 8 p.m., and the kitchen made 200 plus items an hour. He said a regular weekend is already busy enough.
"Super Bowl Sunday is like a weekend times two or times three. They're ordering between 5:00 and 6:00. That's when we get really busy. Everyone wants their food at the same time, and there's more orders, so it adds up. But it's good for business," Gandy said.
Halloween is their second busiest day of the year.
The general manager of Domino's said he made a diagram for the different positions in the kitchen, so every employee was working at their strongest station.
