Ingredients

  • Shrimp
  • Shredded coconut



    Batter



  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Milk

  • Directions

    1. Clean and butterfly shrimp.



    2. Cover in batter and dredge in shredded coconut.



    3. Fry until golden brown.
