Cobb Salad


  • 2+ cups torn salad greens (your choice)

  • 1/3 cup chopped chicken breast

  • 1/2 tomato, chopped

  • 1 hard-cooked egg, copped

  • ½ avocado, peeled and diced

  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 – 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

  • Green Goddess Dressing (or your favorite


Place lettuce on a plate or in a large personal salad bowl. Arrange each ingredient in groupings on top of the lettuce. Drizzle dressing over the salad. Makes one salad.
