Salad Niçoise


  • 2+ cups torn salad greens (your choice, but Romaine is a traditional favorite)

  • ½ cup canned tuna, drained

  • ½ cup cooked green beans

  • ½ cup cooked new potatoes, skin on,

  • wedged and drizzled with salad dressing while warm

  • ½ tomato cut into wedges

  • 1 hard-cooked egg, cut into wedges

  • Niçoise (or other black olives of your choice)

  • French Vinaigrette Salad Dressing


Place lettuce on a plate or in a large personal salad bowl. Arrange each ingredient in groupings on top of the lettuce. Drizzle dressing over the salad. Makes one salad.
