DirectionsCombine eggs and milk. Melt margarine in an 8 “ skillet. Pour in half the egg mixture. Quickly place one tortilla on eggs, top with chocolate chips and the other tortilla. Pour remaining egg mixture on top – making sure the entire tortilla is covered. Cook over medium heat until golden-brown on the bottom. Carefully flip and cook until golden on remaining side. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into 4 wedges. Serves 2
Tips: For a special treat, top with ice cream.
If the tortillas you have are too large for the pan, just cut them to fit with scissors.
