Mallory Brooke's Hummus


15 oz. can garbanzo beans (drained, keep 1/4 liquid)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cumin
5-6 shakes of cayenne
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp olive oil
Heaping tsp tahini
Salt and pepper to taste


Place all ingredients in food processor. Season to taste. For creamy hummus, add 1/4 cup of liquid from garbanzo beans or extra olive oil.
