- 3 cups of Bisquick
- 1 pound of hot or mild pork sausage
- 1 (10 oz) block of extra-sharp, shredded cheddar cheese
- 72 small pimiento-stuffed olives
Combine the Bisquick, sausage, and cheese in a large bowl until blended. Chill the combination for two hours. Shape sausage mixture into one-inch balls and place on lightly greased baking sheets. Press 1 olive deeply in the center of each ball. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
