1. Mix slaw ingredients; cover and chill.
2. In blender, add honey, seed, lemon, dry mustard, paprika and salt. Blend only until mixed. With machine running slowly, add oil and process until slightly thickened. Cover and chill.
3. Just before serving, pour dressing over the fruit mixture; toss gently to coat.
4. Serve immediately.
