Directions1. Heat 80/20 oil in a sauté pan and sauté garlic, scallops, shrimp, mussels and seasoning.
2. Add white wine and zucchini. Sauté until seafood is done.
3. Add Bruschetta Mix and Rosa sauce and heat.
4. Heat linguini and add to pan and toss. Add basil and toss. Place in large pasta bowl and place mussels around the pasta.
5. Sprinkle Parmesan on top of pasta and chopped parsley around the rim of the bowl. Place green onion in middle of pasta. Place lemon crown next to green onions.
