Directions1. Place all ingredients into large cooking pot. Bring to boil, and then reduce to simmer.
2. Simmer for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender and flaky, but not falling apart. Be careful not to over cook them because when you remove from heat to allow cool remember they still will cool just a little.
3. Once they have cooled, wrap and refrigerate over night or at least eight hours.
