Pineapple Soy-Glazed Salmon


  • 1 salmon fillet
  • Black and white sesame seeds
  • Olive oil


  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (canned or fresh)
  • 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar

  • Directions

    1. Press both sides of salmon fillet into sesame seeds and then place fillet in pan that has been coated in olive oil.

    2. Pan sear on both sides until golden brown and fish is done in the middle. (You may finish this off in the oven at 350 degrees for an additional eight minutes if you like.)

    3. In a large bowl mix all glaze ingredients and then spoon over finished fillet.
