No Bake Cookies


  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cup quick oats

  • Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, melt sugar, cocoa, milk, vanilla and butter. Bring to a rolling boil. Allow to boil for a full 2 minutes.

    2. Take pan off heat; quickly stir in the peanut butter. Add the oatmeal.

    3. Drop by the tablespoonfuls on to waxed paper. Allow the cookies to cool completely.

    Cookies store best in the refrigerator.
