Lollipop Chicken and Seasoned Chicken Wings


  • First and second joints of chicken wings (You can purchase these at any local market.)
  • Olive oil
  • Seasoning such as: Lemon Pepper, Jamaican Jerk, Red Hot Sauce or Teriyaki
  • Sliced carrot, onion or celery (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Cut around the neck of the first joint of the chicken wing and push the meat to the opposite end of the bone.

    2. Stand these up in a roasting pan and rub them with olive oil.

    3. Season to your favorite taste. For example

    4. Roast at 350 degrees or on the grill until cooked, approximately 20-30 minutes.

    You can add a sliced carrot, onion or celery to cook in the slit of the chicken.
