Directions1. Preheat oven to 325 °.
2. Mix cake mix, egg whites, milk and margarine together for 30 seconds on low speed. Mix on high for three minutes.
3. Pour mix into a lightly greased 8 x 8 pan and bake for 30 min.
4. Combine orange juice concentrate and water and cook over a medium heat until simmering. Add cornstarch and water (slurry), and cook until it’s a medium sauce.
5. Drizzle over cake, and you have a wonderful low fat, great tasting desert.
Add flavor by dusting cinnamon over top. Garnish with low fat whip cream.
