Gnocchi (dumplings)


2 cups Mashed potatoes
1 egg


Start with your first two ingredients and flour until soft, but not sticky dough forms.
Roll small pieces of dough into tubes
Cut into 1 inch pieces
Press to notch
Place on a cookie sheet and freeze
Place frozen gnocchi in bags and freeze until needed
Boil water.
Place gnocchi in water and boil until they float.
About 3-5 min
