Linguine in Clam Sauce


1 pound pasta (Linguine)
3-4 cloves of garlic
3/4 cup olive oil or more
1 can of anchovies
2 cans of clams
1 cup Chardonnay or dry white wine
Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley


Boil pasta according to directions
In a large pan, on med/high heat saute garlic in olive oil, add anchovies and clams cook 2-3 min add wine and simmer for another 2-3 min.

Serve over pasta, garnish with cheese and parsley.
