West Virginia UPDATE: 11:18 p.m.

An Amber Alert has been cancelled, after the baby was found.

Around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday Virginia State Troopers located the Jaxson Patel in Hay Market, Virginia.

Police say Aaron Mathew Taylor is in police custody.

West Virginia State Police need the help finding a missing one-year-old boy.

On Tuesday Jaxson Patel was in Charleston with his maternal grandmother when Aaron Taylor approached her and claimed to be the child's father.

Taylor told her that he would return Jaxson, who is just 20-months-old, to his mother later that same day.

On Thursday the boy's mother Mercedes Robinson informed the Charleston Police Department that the boy had not been returned.

Police talked to Taylor three times about returning the boy. He didn't comply and now he has stopped communicating with police.

Taylor was last seen in a Toyota Rav4 with WV license plate number 9JT495 in the area of Berry Wood Road on the South Side of Charleston.

Taylor could be with a woman named Jennifer Leann Cook.

Taylor now has a warrant for his arrest for child concealment.

Please call the Charleston Police Department at 304-348-6480 if you have any information.
