Overall June 2015 was a very wet month for the Mid-Atlantic.
Rainfall for the month in Harrisonburg was nearly 6". This is by no means a record, in fact it's not anywhere close to a record.
Near record rainfall did fall in the D.C and Baltimore areas.
Baltimore picked up 13.09" of rain for the month of June, making it the wettest June on record.
Dulles recorded 7.09" for the month.
The rainiest period for the Shenandoah Valley was at the end of the month, as a storm system crossed between Friday June 26th and Saturday, June 27th. Many areas saw between 2" and 5" of rain.
