Police Seize Cell Phone of Truck Driver After Fatal Accident

Virginia State Police have seized the cell phone of the truck driver that reportedly caused last weeks' deadly interstate accident.

Robert Lambert, Jr., 36, of Bridgewater, was driving the Mountain Milk truck that crashed into a student driving school vehicle that killed Ricky Valencia-Rocha, 16, of Harrisonburg.

Police are searching all of the phone's electrical data, including text messages, phone call records, emails and browsing history.

Lambert has been charged with involuntary manslaughter.
