Third Man Charged in Waynesboro Drug Raid

WAYNESBORO, Va. (WHSV) -- Waynesboro police charged a third man Friday stemming from a narcotics seizure on Club Road last month.

Justin Alexander Rexrode, 22, of Augusta County, is charged with felony drug possession and felony possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

Police say his two co-defendants were arrested on Feb.14.

David Phillip Fidler, 28, and Rory Thomas Jergenson, 23, both face a count of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

Jergenson faces an additional felony charge of possession of firearm while in possession of a Schedule I or II drug.

Police say they raided the Club Road home at about 10 p.m. on Feb. 12, seizing a shotgun, handguns, ammunition, marijuana, ecstasy, morphine, steroid and $4,000.

All three men are free on personal recognizance bonds.
