WAYNESBORO,Va. (WHSV)-- Music, food, and art were just a few of the attractions at the 43rd Annual Fall Foliage Art Festival in downtown Waynesboro.
More than 150 artists came from all over the country, bringing crowds from all over the region with them. Some business owners think the festival is continuing to help downtown grow.
"Yesterday was very, very, very, busy so we're looking forward to another busy day as well," said Mandisa Fullwood, the owner of Heritage on Main. "It's great to see downtown growing and we always want to build more events, whatever we can do to sort of promote and encourage more events like this in the downtown that draw more people downtown and sort of open up opportunities for more business growth."
The event has been named one of the top shows in the east by Sunshine Artists Magazine.
